I am situated within the 'Cheshire Plain' and I
have been involved in art, in one form or another, for many years. More
recently I have decided to take up painting full-time.
I have
experimented with most media and I whilst I enjoy using watercolour and acrylic
I find that using soft pastels best suits my style of work. Also if I had to
choose just one medium to work with that could be used to paint any or every
topic I would choose pastels. Their versatility and colour range is
incomparable.
The range of subject which I paint is quite extensive,
including land/seascapes, pets, wildlife, portrait/figurative, flowers and
fantasy art.
In addition to accepting commissions on a wide range of
subjects I offer workshops and tuition in my area, though I can provide the
facilities in other places by arrangement.
